Catford Remodel

We purchased a one bedroom flat with 25m long garden in Catford. Working with architects Ionic Design, we developed a design for a spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. A 4.5m rear extension and side return was added to make space for a large open plan kitchen living area facing out onto the garden. The original footprint of the flat was utilised for bedrooms and bathrooms. This project gained planning approval from Lewisham and was sold in 2024.
