Co-Founding Director - James Cannon MCIOB

James is a chartered Project Manager with over 10 years experience in construction. Following a successful career in project management consultancy, where he delivered schemes ranging from single penthouses to 600 apartment developments. James’ passion for residential development led him to found Cannon & Summers a South East London property development company.

James has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of property development from funding, acquisition, design, planning, procurement to on-site delivery and sale.

Co-Founding Director - Charlotte Summers

Charlotte started her career in construction in structural engineering before transitioning to development management. Her experience ranges from £2m MMC (modern methods of construction) developments through to 60 home central London schemes.

Charlotte is passionate about property and renovation. She is a natural negotiator and leads on purchasing and sourcing our properties. Charlotte also leads on our development appraisals and cost planning.
