James is a chartered Project Manager with over 10 years experience in construction. Following a successful career in project management consultancy, where he delivered schemes ranging from a £3.5m penthouse fit out to £130m 600 apartment developments. James is now pursuing his passion for residential renovations which led him to found Cannon & Summers a south east London construction company.. To date he has completed three full residential refurbishment projects and is currently delivering a fourth.

James has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of pre-contract delivery and takes a hands on approach to construction management. Alongside his management qualifications and experience James is also trained in bricklaying, traditional cut and pitch roofing and carpentry. Acknowledging the importance of H&S on projects James successfully completed the SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) in 2023.
